  • In this video, David Autissier shares his vision of a change strategy by answering two questions:

    • What is a change strategy?
    • What are the main steps in a change process?
    • What can we expect from managers as change-makers ?

To manage change, make it sustainable, and encourage the main beneficiaries to implement it, it is important to define a strategy, tools, methods and vectors for change. This process consists of three major steps: understanding the environment, identifying the change levers (communication, training, coaching, etc.), and, finally, a steering phase to measure the change.
