Using examples from many different contexts, Simon Sinek presents a view of leadership that brings individuals and groups to commit themselves and take action in response to an emergency or crisis situation. Consequently, unexpected events are addressed and overcome in a clear and intuitive way, and if they are not, we at least have a better understanding of why not.
The presenter
Simon O. Sinek is Professor at Columbia University. He is the founder of SinekPartners (Corporate Refocusing) and the author of many books. He became well-known through his concept of the ‘golden circle’ and his book Start With Why (2009). He is an adjunct staff member at the RAND Corporation.
